The project
The Traffic Control Center located in San Rafael (Ibiza), is an innovative project that enables the work of monitoring site traffic. Where you work to improve the quality of our highways, road safety and accident prevention.
Our client requires two basic conditions for implementing the project, very short delivery time and proximity to the place of control.
The solution Normetal
The projects include extensive offices and are distributed on a single plant and where the main purpose of its construction has been the comfort in its facilities. This includes all offices and rooms, the latest technologies. In this case Normetal chosen structural solution based on modular embedded modules.
Normetal implemented throughout the project, once defined, a modular manufacturing at its facilities, which include electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, able to put all departments and in turn cool the various facilities with fiber optics. Floors and ceilings were also installed in mind the traffic and the same functionality is included floating platform, raised floor and suspended ceilings throughout the office.
The exterior is sheathed wooden ipé lameada, which contrasts with aluminum.
The work with a team of installation and site managers hired by Normetal, who had worked under instructions from the technical team of the company. For the different crafts (wood, ceiling, floor, glass) the company has hired staff to develop these tasks.
