EMU-Normetal contracted with the company of the Russian Federation, NOVERMET, a group of buildings that will be assembled on the outskirts of Moscow in place that designate as "Portuguese Village ". This set of buildings will consist of two floors in a building housing polifamiliar with 700 m2, building a "Club House " also on 2 floors with 600 m2, two-family houses with 150 m2 each and a technical building for central heating with 150 m2. These buildings will be built in a new generation of modular construction developed by UEM-Normetal designated by MS. This system is characterized by the nature of contemporary architecture that rivals the traditional construction. It is a system, though part of the industrialized modular construction that allows greater design freedom while respecting the standards and building regulations of each country and location. This system keeps all the advantages of a modular prefabricated as execution speed, lightness of the components with small loads on the land thus minimizing the work of construction, quality control in factory and a 100% chance of removal and reassembly elsewhere.
